DFB’s courses
incorporate well-established adult learning principles, such
as clear objectives, practice, and meaningful feedback. Extensive
interactivity between the user and the course material keeps
employees engaged and improves knowledge retention.
|
| Since government
drug and alcohol training requirements are often comprehensive,
the courses are designed to provide effective instruction
for employees at all levels of the organization. The courses
target a seventh grade reading level.
There are no assessments, since testing is not required for
compliance and could create an unnecessary liability for employers.
