Our technology-based courses (i.e., the online, CD-ROM and classroom versions) are written in Macromedia Flash, which provides better control over the display of the training on the user's computer.

In addition, the technology-based courses come with a brief tutorial that teaches employees how to use the training. Employees can view this tutorial at any time – even in the middle of a course.
