Instructor-led training can be a perfect solution for companies that

Like our online and CD-ROM courses, the instructor-led training is written in Macromedia Flash. It contains all of the same interactions and animations, which makes it perfect for getting participants involved. Instructors deliver the courses using a computer and projector.

Companies can hire an outside trainer. (DFB will help you locate one.) Or train someone in the organization to deliver the courses. If you pick the “train-the-trainer” approach, DFB offers comprehensive, easy-to-use Instructor's Guides for each course.
