Taylor Wright |
| |
Taylor Wright is DFB's President. He has
18 years of management and development experience in healthcare,
health insurance and behavioral healthcare.
Before co-founding DFB, Taylor was Vice President
of Business Development for Magellan Health
Services, and Vice President of Planning and
Development for its Charter Behavioral Health
Systems subsidiary.
Taylor joined Magellan from Towers Perrin,
an international human resources and healthcare
consulting firm, where he was a Principal. As
part of Towers Perrin's healthcare practice,
he managed strategy and performance improvement
engagements for commercial health insurance
carriers, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, managed
care organizations and provider-sponsored networks.
Taylor started his career in commercial banking
in his hometown of Atlanta, GA. He received
an A.B. cum laude in economics from the University
of Georgia in 1978 and an MBA in finance and
marketing from the University of Chicago in
1984.

Rose Stipati |

As Director of Product Development, Rose draws upon her
sixteen years of adult education experience to translate DFB's
technology-based product concepts and research into training products.
Rose wears several hats for DFB, including technical writer,
instructional designer, and multimedia programmer. Before joining DFB,
Rose taught communication and public speaking courses in the California State
and Community College systems for over 10 years. More recently, Rose did
technical writing and instructional design for Palomar Interactive, a marketing
communication firm in Temecula, California. At Palomar, Rose developed training
courses, technical documentation, and marketing materials for clients in the
automotive, quick service, and irrigation industries. One of her projects,
a CD ROM business card, won an award from the Society for Technical Communication.
Rose has an MS in Communication and Public Address from the University of
North Texas and a BA in Speech Communication from Cal State University, Fullerton.

Richard J. Sagall, M.D. |

Dr. Richard Sagall is DFB's Medical Director.
Rich ensures that DFB's drug and alcohol education
courses are current and accurate, and reflect
the latest scientific knowledge and research.
Dr. Sagall is a Medical Review Officer (MRO),
certified by the American Association of Medical
Review Officers and the Medical Review Officers
Certification Council. Rich is also board certified
in Family Practice and member of the Pennsylvania
Medical Association.
Rich has extensive experience in occupational
medicine and as an MRO. He has worked in clinical
and administrative leadership positions for
organizations such as Concentra Medical Centers,
Allegheny University of the Health Sciences,
and the Atlantic Health Group.
In addition to his duties at DFB, Rich serves
as an Occupational Medicine Consultant. He works
with occupational medicine programs to establish
standards of care, review coding and billing
practices, design treatment protocols, design
programs and improve documentation.
Dr. Sagall received his medical degree from
the Medical College of Ohio at Toleda in 1979,
and and completed a family practice residency
at the Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor,
Maine. |

John C. Goss |
| |
John Goss is Chief Technology Officer for
Drug-Free Business Solutions. Born an Air Force
brat, John has lived from coast to coast and
North to South in the continental U.S.
Before joining DFB, John was Director of Information
Technology for QOS Networks, responsible for
the corporate IT infrastructure and security
as well as the the Software Engineering Team.
He joined QOS in October 2000 as Director of
Software Engineering, heading up software systems
development and packaged software implementations.
John led the design and development of QOS’
revolutionary software product Q-Access. a customer
portal for network management where QOS’
customers coul monitor and manage their network.
After his tenure at QOS, John started Twin
Branch Software & IT, an information technology
consultancy serving the medical, insurance,
printing, financial, telecommunications and
digital video industries.
Before joining QOS, John was a principal consultant
at Alpine Software where he was responsible
for software and hardware systems analysis,
design and implementation, as well as business
development and customer relations. John helped
usher Alpine into the Internet era in 1994,
setting up Alpine’s web and application
hosting infrastructure and designing and implementing
web based business applications.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer
Science from Southern Polytechnic State University
in Marietta, Georgia with a focus of study in
Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics. |
