Our employee education and supervisor training programs help you take advantage of Tennessee's Drug-Free Workplace program, which offers a five percent premium credit on your workers' compensation insurance policy, and helps keep your employees and workplace safe!
Tennessee's program requires supervisors to take one hour of employee education along with two additional hours of supervisor-specific training. These are one-time, not annual, requirements. This program meets the two hours of supervisor training requirement. But if a supervisor has not taken the employee education yet, they must also take that training before taking this supervisor training.
